POLICY: The Society collects mailing addresses, email addresses and phone numbers of its members for the singular purpose of communicating with NPS members. Collected information is not sold or passed to any other organization without permission of the member. The Society also voluntarily collects email addresses from individuals that may wish to have the NPS quarterly newsletter sent directly to their email address. These email addresses are not sold or passed to any other organization.
 
Member SMS program: This program is for the purpose of providing members notification of upcoming Society meetings, events and schedule changes. Message and data rates may apply. Routine messaging is twice monthly. Occasionally, when schedules change or a special event is promoted, additional messages may be sent.

ANNUAL STAMP SHOW: Nashville Philatelic Society collects contact information from attendees of its annual Stamp Show for the purpose of communicating upcoming Stamp Shows and other purposes described on the contact form.
